NOCT 2 Round 1: Comet vs. Luka

Comet: Alright Plasma, here's the plan. I need you to hold your own out there. I won't have time to give you battle instructions, but I trust you by now to make the right decisions. Just focus on the Drifblim, get him out of the battle quickly.

Plasma: You're gonna keep Olimar safe, right?

Comet: Of course. I'll be right by his side the entire time. As long as he can get sleep powder and healing moves up, he'll be able to use his vines to make enough distance between himself and his opponent.

Plasma: I'm worried about him... He's just a baby, with almost no battle experience, beyond the rattatas and pidgeys you used to get him to evolve.

Comet: I know, Plasma. *pat* But I trust him, he's a brave little thing who wants to protect his family. And I trust you. You're my best friend, Plazzy boy. I couldn't ask for a better guy to be my front-line of defense.

Plasma: *grins* Just don't jump in front of any crossfire, got it? *bropaw*

Comet: No promises~ *bropaw, aww yeh*

Comet, Olimar the Ivysaur and Plasma the Raichu:
Luka, Jay the Drifblim and Izzy the Electivire:

Olimar, holding "hands" with his trainer, stays safely on a rock, vines wrapped around Izzy's arms. One vine is connected to a Leech Seed, which is slowly draining the Electivire's strength. Olimar releases a continual Sleep Powder from where he lies.

Izzy is combating the vines, having used Ice Punch to freeze one, and preparing a Fire Punch to burn the other. However, it's weakend by the leech seed attached to that arm.

Plasma is trying to quickly take out the Drifblim with an onslaught of Thunderbolts.

Jay is using Gust to try to blow away most of the sleep powder towards Plasma, but some of it has begun to affect the balloon. Meanwhile, he readies a deadly Shadow Ball.

Woooooo got it done. ...3 weeks to spare. :'D Well whatever.
I hope this is a worthy entry to take on the almighty Marche. >:U9

I based Electivire's design on a gorilla, and Drifblim loosely on jellyfish.
Plasma's figure is based mostly on cats, and Olimar is... olimar.

The entry is a bit more chaotic than I would've liked, but I think it successfully looks like a movie scene, so I'm pretty happy. I may tweak things here and there as time goes on.
