What do I submit?

Submit your own Nuzlocke comics or stories, fanart/fanfics of other Nuzlockes, your own custom Nuzlocke rules, or anything else related to the Nuzlocke challenge!

(Nuzlocke related content only! We don't accept "regular" Pokémon comics/art.)

How do I join?

Just click the "Join" button. Requests are automatically accepted.

You need to join the group to be able to submit to it!

Submission Rules

Please try to submit your work to the correct folder. If you don't, we will deny it and ask you resubmit correctly.

"Featured" - The first and only the first comic page or written chapter of your Nuzlocke goes here.

"Nuzlocke Comics" and "Literature Nuzlocke" take the rest of your Nuzlocke, as well as any side stories/bonus comics/etc.

"Nuzlocke Q+As" - Fairly self-explanatory.

"Custom Nuzlocke Rules" - If you have created a custom Nuzlocke ruleset, put it here. This includes Rules pages in comics.

"Artwork" is for just about everything else - covers, team profiles/ref sheets, memes, sketches, fan art/gift art, teasers/advertisements, etc.

"Journals" is exactly what it sounds like, a place for you to submit any Nuzlocke-related journals you've written.

"Resources" are for "How to" and tutorials on the process. Coloring tutorials, paneling, writing tips, etc. etc. You got anything that's helpful for creating Nuzlocke comics or stories? Put it in here.

Other folders are for group events and should not be submitted to otherwise.

Nuzlocke-Challenge has migrated!

Hi everyone, As you may have noticed the group has finally migrated to the new layout. This may come with a bit of confusion when it comes to the submission process. Namely, selecting the correct folder. The folder selection for submission directly through the group page is located under the "Select Deviation" header. It defaults to "Featured" no matter what page you are on so be sure to select the correct folder. Same submission rules as always apply. Alternatively you can submit images to the group as usual through the page on your own image, which in turn should directly ask you what folder you want to submit to.

Nuzlocke Writing Help Appreciated!

Hello! I am Juni. I have been following this group for a long while, and I have been inspired by the wonderful stories produced from the Nuzlocke art genre! However, most of my own attempts completely fell flat, and I am wondering if anyone here has any insights or advice on how to produce a Nuzlocke story. The actual art I am not concerned too much about; i primarily have the problem of pacing: how do you all manage to write and draw and articulate such wonderful stories on top of actually playing the game? I also am curious about which Pokemon games are the 'easiest' to Nuzlocke; I have had experience playing Sun & Moon, X & Y, Sword & Shield, Violet, a little bit of Ruby and Sapphire, and even Black & White. I understand that more than likely it all depends on the player, but I still would like any insights on the matter! I admittedly have tried Nuzlocke challenges, albeit verrrrry loosely... I'm now looking to commit to the challenge, 'deaths', hardships, and all! I am

We have automatic submission limits in place, so you can just submit until you run into them. For Nuzlocke Comics 7, it's 5 per day. ^^

Thanks for sending another request to the correct folder, that makes my job easy. :D

So when you submit something to a Group, a Correspondence item shows up in your notifications, right? There should be an option on it to withdraw the submission. (I don't have any right now, so I can't check where exactly the option is.) If you click that, you can hide your wrong submission crimes before anyone sees them. ;D
